CyberDebunk provides:

• Cybersecurity insights and security testing tools.
• Penetration testing, red teaming, and consulting.
• Secure communication with cybersecurity experts.

2. Authorized Use & Restrictions

2.1 License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use CyberDebunk for lawful purposes only.

2.2 Prohibited Actions

You must NOT:

• Use CyberDebunk for hacking, fraud, or illegal activities.
• Modify, reverse-engineer, sell, or distribute CyberDebunk tools.
• Violate GDPR or other data protection laws.

🚨 Violating these rules may lead to termination of access and legal consequences.

3. Account Registration & Security

• You must provide accurate registration details.
• You are responsible for securing your login credentials.
• CyberDebunk is not responsible for unauthorized access to your account.

5. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

5.1 No Guarantees

CyberDebunk is provided "as is", without guarantees. We do not promise that our tools will prevent cyberattacks or detect all vulnerabilities.

5.2 Limited Liability

🚨 Until CyberDebunk is registered, you acknowledge that CyberDebunk is providing services as an individual.

• Liability for any loss or damages is limited to the maximum extent allowed by law.
• If required by law, liability is capped at €5,000.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

6. Refund & Payment Policy

• Payments are non-refundable, except as required by law.
• If a paid feature is discontinued, a refund or alternative service may be offered.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• This Agreement is governed by German law.
• Disputes must first be resolved amicably. If no agreement is reached, disputes will be handled in German courts.

8. Changes to This Agreement

• We may update these terms, and you will be notified of significant changes.
• Continued use of CyberDebunk after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
